Accuracy

Every number links to the broker's official page and shows the date we checked it. Fees and promotions change without notice; the broker's own terms prevail. Where a fee is not published we say so instead of guessing. Regulatory fee estimates are labelled.

Affiliate links

Some "Open account" links are (or will be) affiliate or referral links. If you open an account through them, we may receive a payment from the broker at no extra cost to you. This never changes the ranking, which is computed only from published fees. Some broker promotions exclude affiliate-referred clients (e.g. uSMART's options promo); we flag these.

Strategy guides & newsletter

Our income-strategy pages and the The Kaki Fortnightly newsletter are general education. All examples use made-up, round, hypothetical numbers for a fictional stock; they are not real quotes, back-tests or forecasts. We do not display live or delayed option prices, and we do not reproduce any broker's screener results. Mentioning a broker's screener or feature is not an endorsement.
